Eligibility Requirements

Our refund policy applies to students who meet specific criteria within defined timeframes. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure fair treatment for everyone.

  • Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment
  • Partial refund (75%) available within 30 days if less than 25% of content accessed
  • Special circumstances reviewed individually after 30 days
  • Medical or emergency situations considered with documentation
  • Technical issues preventing access eligible for full refund

Students who complete more than 50% of course materials are not eligible for standard refunds. However, we encourage you to contact us if you're experiencing difficulties – we're here to help you succeed.
